Equity Industrial Partners designed and constructed One Compass Way in 2007 as a build-to-suit medical office building that serves as the home office and treatment center for one of the top healthcare providers in Boston’s South Shore area. One Compass Way is part of a master-planned office R&D park that can accommodate an additional 600,000 square feet.
