
GREGORY KING
Chief Financial Officer
Gregory King is Chief Financial Officer of Equity Industrial Partners with over two decades of industry experience. As CFO, Greg oversees the company’s financial and operational functions, including the accounting, internal and external reporting, budgeting, tax planning and compliance, property and asset management, and treasury functions. He is also involved in acquisition due diligence, financing, and debt and equity structuring, and other capital events.
Prior to joining EIP in 2012, Greg began his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers as an auditor. He has held a variety of senior real estate financial management positions at a public real estate investment trust (REIT), an institutional advisor, a Fortune 500 financial services company, and with local and institutional owners and developers. In these roles at companies that included Fidelity Investments, AMB Property Corp., Allmerica (formerly State Mutual Insurance) and the Mayo Group, Greg was responsible for strategic planning, debt and equity structuring, asset and portfolio management, valuations, reporting, and the establishment of policies and procedures.
Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed as a CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He graduated from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a B.S. in Accountancy.
