Chief Operating Officer
Marc Wexler is Chief Operating Officer of EIP and leads all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations, including property, facilities and construction management, acquisitions due diligence, lender relations, IT, and human resources.
Prior to joining the company in 2014, Marc was responsible for a full range of activities for over 22 million square feet of commercial property, as well as asset management, acquisition, disposition and/or financing assignments for over 35,000 multifamily units. He has served as Project Executive, Southworth Development LLC; Director of Asset Management, Sawyer Realty Holdings LLC; Senior Vice President, Brownfields Recovery Corporation; and Senior Vice President/Director of Asset Management, Northland Investment Corporation.
Outside of EIP, Marc is an instructor at Boston University Metropolitan College and an Adjunct Lecturer in the Graduate Studies Program at Babson College. He is a trustee and member of the Housing Committee at Hebrew Senior Life and member of the Needham Exchange Club. Other affiliations include the Urban Land Institute, Building Owners and Managers Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, and CCIM Institute. Marc is a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and has received the following designations: Certified Commercial-Investment Member (CCIM) of the National Association of Realtors; Certified Property Manager (CPM) of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He received a B.A. from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
